ACTIVITIES

Acadia National Park

Just 30 miles away, Acadia National Park offers stunning vistas, rugged coastlines, and endless opportunities for hiking, biking, and kayaking. Witness the sunrise from Cadillac Mountain or explore the scenic Park Loop Road. Iconic and wild, Acadia is the crown jewel of the Maine Coast.

Hiking + biking trails

Explore two miles of on-property walking trails, a trail that leads to Peaked Mountain leaving right from the property, and all the off-property trails nearby. The Great Pond Conversation Trust maintains excellent trails throughout North Orland.

Blue Hill Peninsula

Home to Robert McCloskey's Blue Hill of "Blueberries for Sal" fame, the Blue Hill Peninsula is Acadia's less trodden but equally beautiful neighbor to the south. Immerse yourself in the charm of the Blue Hill Peninsula, where art galleries, local boutiques, and coastal beauty come together. A must-visit for anyone seeking inspiration and relaxation.

 Wild Blueberry Picking

With over 30 acres of wild blueberries on our property, guests in late July / early August can enjoy the unique experience of picking their own berries—a fun and delicious way to connect with nature.

*Fun Fact: Jasper Wyman & Son is the former owner of our land!
